Some of Michael’s notable achievements include providing consulting services for specialty hotel/resort/casinos, where he conducted extensive analyses to identify opportunities for labor reduction and productivity enhancement, resulting in improved customer satisfaction scores and faster service times. Michael also worked with international restaurants chains developing prototype kitchen packages based on area demographics and projected sales volumes.
As Vice President of LGMs KitchenSync Productivity Consulting Services, Michael collaborates with a diverse range of clients and manufacturing partners to innovate and optimize commercial kitchens. Prior to LGM, Michael served as Director of System Integration with Welbilts FITKitchen consultive sales team. A team dedicated to developing high performance kitchens through integration of new technologies, automation and enhanced station designs. Further, as Foodservice Innovation Design Manager at Bloomin’ Brands, Michael was subject matter expert in the global foodservice equipment supply chain. He played a pivotal role in the international development of Carrabba’s and Fleming’s Steakhouse, collaborating with various teams to enhance equipment platforms and streamline kitchen processes.
