Mike Manuchia

Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, Mike Manuchia brings over 15 years of experience in restaurant and hospitality development, consulting, and operations to the LGM team.  As Chief Marketing Officer, Mike oversees sales, marketing, business development, and client relations, helping drive strategic growth and foster strong industry partnerships while collaborating with the best architects and designers in the industry.  Mike holds a B.S. in Hospitality Administration from Florida State University and has built a career blending his passion for hospitality with innovative design solutions that enhance both guest experience and operational efficiency.  His favorite design projects are those that blend professional sports venues with cutting-edge kitchen and bar design, combining his love for the game with his deep industry expertise. 

A resident of Winter Garden, Florida, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and their two young children. Outside of work, you’ll often find him coaching youth sports, golfing, relaxing on Florida’s beaches, or checking out the newest restaurants.
